Supervisors complete a short daily report covering who worked, hours and absences, work completed, delays and causes, rework/damage, extra costs or savings, safety/PPE flags, recognition and context. PRODUCTIVITY then builds a long-term evidence trail around each worker, crew and supervisor combination.

Built around context — not hidden worker scores. ConstructAhead compares repeated observations across time, personal baselines, comparable work, supervisor consensus/spread and external job conditions. It surfaces prompts for human review; it does not automatically hire, fire, discipline, diagnose or rank workers.
